Chief Executive Officer
Stephen is an established healthcare industry leader with a well-earned reputation for his extensive experience in delivering and leading business growth in the healthcare sector internationally across the private sectors, including private equity and not-for-profits. He has held senior management positions in various Australian Healthcare organisations over the past 20 years.
Following a successful clinical career; Stephen entered management in Ramsay healthcare at Westmead Private in Sydney moving then to the Director of Perioperative & Critical Care position at The Sydney Adventist Hospital. Before joining Healthe Care Australia his most recent role he worked as the COO of Evolution Healthcare managing, and successfully circumnavigating the transition into New Zealand private healthcare market growing the activity across nine health care facilities with over 1200 staff.
Stephen has a very warm, pragmatic and open leadership style. He has had broad experience in driving outcomes and growth within complex stakeholder environments during his twenty-seven years in healthcare. He has a significant breadth of health and commercial experience, which is a perfect fit for Healthe Care Australia.
