Our patients have rated us as World Class. Learn more.
We ask our patients to rate the care they receive on a scale from 0 to 10. Those ratings are converted into a Net Promoter Score (NPS) which ranges from -100 (worst possible score) to +100 (best possible). Any score over +80 is classed as 'World Class'.
The survey is conducted independently by Cemplicity, a specialist in the measurement of patient experience and outcomes.
Across 2025 our patients rated us an NPS of +82, recognising the world class care they received at Brisbane Waters Private.
