REACH to escalate your concerns
Are you worried that you or a family member or friend is getting sicker while in our care? REACH can help. Learn more.
If you think someone is getting sicker and no-one seems to be noticing, follow these steps:
- Tell the nurse or doctor your worries.
- If they do not help you, ask the nurse in charge for a clinical review within 30 minutes. This is when a nurse or doctor has to come to check your condition or the condition of the person you care for.
- If you are still worried, make a R.E.A.C.H call to escalate your concerns & receive an independent review. Your nurse can help you with this.
