Brisbane Waters Private Hospital uses Equifax which is an online credentialing system, eliminating the need for paper based processes.
Please email your individual personal email (can not be a shared practice email), your AHPRA number and scope of practice to the Executive Assistant – [email protected] to commence the credentialing process. You will then receive an email inviting you to complete and submit your profile to Brisbane Waters Private Hospital.
